Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more (Domestic, one address only)

Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more (Canada, one address only)

• Shipping Prices: To provide our customers with various options and flexible services we have tied up with major mailing services like USPS, UPS and DHL who have included different rates (Standard shipping, overnight, expedited, etc.)
• Carrier Rates & Policies: We use (USPS, UPS, DHL) for our shipping and for more details on their rates and tracking policies kindly refer the carriers website
• Shipment Not Received: In case you do not receive shipment because you selected First Class Mail service from USPS, the customer shall reach out at preciouspearls4kids@gmail.com within 30 days of order. Precious Pearls llc is not responsible for missing shipments after 30 day notification period passes
• Options for Payment: The different types of payment our company accepts for shipping costs and they are made through our e-commerce secure server.
• Restrictions and Guidelines: For some domestic and international shipping, our carriers do not deliver to mail box or PO box addresses. Additionally separate or multiple addresses are not covered under the free shipping cost.
• International Shipping Options: Currently we are shipping limited international orders and hope to provide our services to more destinations in the future
